Andy Lau is the founder and director of the Chariton Hotel chain and a director at Aruskaya Sdn Bhd. His leadership experience includes serving as National President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) in 2019, followed by his role as JCI World Vice President in 2020. From 2023 to 2025, he continues his involvement with JCI as a Senate Director. Additionally, Andy has been the Penang State Chairman of the Malaysia Business Hotel Association (2022-2025), where he maintains a strong relationship with the Ministry of Tourism.
Manisha Lynn Khoo has been recognized with the PJK Honour in 2014 and the PKT Honour in 2021. In 2016, she was conferred the title of JCI Senator in recognition of her contributions to Junior Chamber International. Manisha was also honored with the Penang Outstanding Women (Wanita Hebat) Commendation in 2021, and in 2022, she was shortlisted for the Individual Contribution Social Group category at the Women’s Commendation Meeting. In 2015, she served as President of JCI United Penang, and since 2016, she has been a member of the Executive Committee of Masmeyer Foundation. From 2020 to 2022, she held the position of President of the Apex Club of Penang., contributing significantly to community initiatives.
