✓ Application letter from the main applicant
✓ Curriculum vitae/CV of the main applicant
✓ One set of MM2H application form per person
✓ 4 color passport-size photographs per person
✓ A copy of each person’s passport homepage and Malaysia visa page
✓ Certified copy of marriage certificate (for spouses only)
✓ Certified copy of birth certificate (children only)
✓ Certified copies of bank statements or other financial documents showing liquidity for the last three months
✓ Police clearance certificate/certificate from a government agency in the country of residence or nationality (e.g., police report)
✓ Available to all applicants
✓ Note: All copies must be notarized by the Embassy/High Commission/Notary Public as true copies of the original documents.
Fixed Deposit Certificate: Open a fixed deposit account with any bank in Malaysia.
Medical Certificate: Hold a valid health insurance applicable to Malaysia.
Medical report: Medical examination at a local doctor.
We will assist and advise you on how to obtain documentation for these requirements.
A visa issuance fee is payable.
The duration of the residence visa is based on the validity of the passport.
We will complete the visa stamping formalities for you at the immigration office.
